In addition to representing buyers and sellers, Thai is an active real estate investor and developer with experience acquiring, renovating, developing, and selling residential properties. Her firsthand understanding of construction, property valuation, market positioning, and investment strategy gives her clients a perspective that extends well beyond the traditional real estate transaction.

Thai also holds a Mortgage Loan Originator license and has a Bachelor’s degree in Business and an MBA in Marketing. This combination of real estate, finance, and marketing experience allows her to understand both the numbers behind a transaction and the strategy required to successfully position a property in the marketplace.

Based in the Greater Boston area, Thai has a particular focus on Lexington and surrounding communities, including luxury residential properties, new construction, development opportunities, and investment real estate. She also maintains her Florida real estate license, bringing valuable experience across both Massachusetts and Florida markets.
